Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on men’s hats & headwear unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other products in our catalog (footwear, shirts, and pants) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
